26 FKF County Women Representatives Train as Administrators
Speaking at the Kenya School of Special Education (KISE) during the training, the Football Kenya Federation Deputy President Doris Petra said the training of the Administration course is aimed at equipping the FKF County Women Representatives with the necessary skills to actualize the recently launched FKF Women Football Strategy.
FKF has so far trained at least 50 women representatives in line with the recently launched FKF women strategic course with one of its pillars being capacity building, leadership skills, sponsorship management, strategic planning, financial planning, project management, marketing, and communication and media management.
Petra announced that FKF has other on-going courses that were open for women that include coaching and refereeing.
‘I urge women to come out in large numbers and train as administrators, referees, football coaches, and football physiotherapist in support of the FKF,’ said Petra.
